THE SANKEI BUILDING CO., LTD. has completed SANKEILOGI Tsurugashima, a logistics facility it had been developing in Hidaka, Saitama Prefecture, in February 2026. The property is located approximately 1.8 kilometers from the Ken-O Tsurugashima Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway and about 4.0 kilometers from the Tsurugashima Interchange on the Kan-Etsu Expressway, offering strong convenience as a distribution hub serving the entire Greater Tokyo area. This marks the seventh completed property in the company’s SANKEILOGI logistics facility series.

The facility is a three-story steel-frame building with a site area of approximately 2,730 tsubo (approx. 96,926 sq. ft.) and a gross floor area of approximately 4,315 tsubo (approx. 153,151 sq. ft.). It provides a clear height under beams of at least 5.5 meters and floor load capacity of 1.5 tons per square meter. The property is also equipped with 14 truck berths, two freight elevators (3.5 tons), and two vertical conveyors (1.5 tons). As a multi-tenant facility, it can also accommodate subdivided leases from approximately 2,000 tsubo (approx. 71,000 sq. ft.).

THE SANKEI BUILDING CO., LTD. launched the SANKEILOGI brand in 2021 and has been actively advancing logistics facility development nationwide. In October 2025, it completed SANKEILOGI Sendai Izumi in Tomiya, Miyagi Prefecture, its first project in the Tohoku region, with a gross floor area of approximately 4,595 tsubo (approx. 163,123 sq. ft.).
