On October 30, 2025, The Sankei Building Co., Ltd. announced the completion of SANKEILOGI Sendai Izumi, a multi-tenant logistics facility located in Tomiya City, Miyagi Prefecture. This marks the company’s first development under its “SANKEILOGI” brand in the Tohoku region and the sixth project in the nationwide series. Construction began in September 2024 and was completed on October 31, 2025.
