Hulic Completes Mixed-Use Development “HULIC SQUARE SAPPORO” at JR Sapporo Station

Hulic Co., Ltd. has announced the completion of HULIC SQUARE SAPPORO, a new mixed-use development in front of JR Sapporo Station.

The property connects directly to the Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway (Chi-Ka-Ho) and the Sapporo Subway Station. The 20-story building includes a hotel that will open on December 20, while the retail component is scheduled for its grand opening on March 28, 2026.

On the environmental and BCP fronts, the project incorporates high-insulation exteriors, high-efficiency systems, and district heating and cooling. It will utilize 100% renewable electricity derived from non-FIT solar power, achieving net zero CO2 emissions from electricity use. Additional features include solar panels, a vibration-control structure, and emergency power generators with 72-hour capacity.
