Vortex opened HOTEL EN-YO, an apartment hotel in Kanda Sakumacho, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, on May 18, 2026. The property is a building originally developed as an office building and converted into a hotel, marking Vortex’s first hotel project.

The property is a seven-story reinforced concrete building completed in November 2024, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 142 tsubo (approx. 5,100 sq. ft.). The reception lobby is located on the first floor, with guest rooms on the second through seventh floors, for a total of six rooms. Each guest room is approximately 60 square meters (approx. 646 sq. ft.), targeting mainly families from Europe, the U.S., Australia and other markets who are seeking extended stays. Kasoku, which operates apartment hotels and urban townhouse-style hotels, is overseeing the design, furniture and art direction, as well as operations.

The property is located a six-minute walk east of JR Akihabara Station, in a quieter area toward Asakusabashi, making it suitable for both tourism and longer stays. Nearby hotels include APA Hotel and MONday Apart Premium.

Vortex has primarily engaged in asset-building consulting using income-producing real estate, centered on its “sectional office ownership” business. This project represents an effort to explore income-generation opportunities beyond offices by operating a small building in central Tokyo as a hotel that can capture tourism and inbound demand.
