Starr Indemnity & Liability Company will relocate its Tokyo head office to the 18th floor of Okura Prestige Tower in Toranomon 2-chome, Minato Ward, on September 4, 2026. The company's current head office is located on the 4th floor of Chiyoda First Building East Building in Nishikanda 3-chome, Chiyoda Ward, and the move is scheduled to begin in stages from late August.

Okura Prestige Tower, the relocation destination, is a large mixed-use building completed in 2019 as part of the rebuilding project for the main building of Hotel Okura Tokyo. The building rises 41 stories above ground and comprises the hotel "The Okura Tokyo" along with office and retail space.
