Tokyu Land, Sankei Building, and Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate to Open Hotel Condominium in Onna, Okinawa
Tokyu Land Corporation, THE SANKEI BUILDING CO., LTD., and Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. will open the hotel condominium BLISSTIA SUITES & RESORT Okinawa Onna Village in Onna Village, Okinawa Prefecture, on July 15, 2026. It is the second property in the "BLISSTIA" series and the brand's first in Okinawa. Operations will be handled by GRANVISTA Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of THE SANKEI BUILDING CO., LTD.
The facility is located in the center of Onna Village, in the central part of the west coast of Okinawa's main island. It is approximately 53 minutes by car from Naha Airport, approximately 7 minutes by car from Ishikawa IC on the Okinawa Expressway, and within a five-minute walk of Moon Beach, a natural beach. The property has 139 guest rooms, each at least 50 sq. m (approx. 500 sq. ft.) in size. All rooms feature a balcony with a depth of 3 meters, and the facility includes both indoor and outdoor pools.
Okinawa Prefecture has seen a growing track record of hotel condominium supply and sales. Within the Tokyu Land Group, wholly owned subsidiary Tokyu Resort Corporation has sold hotel condominiums in 11 buildings totaling more than 1,000 units in the prefecture as of November 2025, starting with Kafuu Resort Fuchaku Condo Hotel, which it opened in Onna Village in 2009.
Tokyu Land Corporation and THE SANKEI BUILDING CO., LTD. continue to collaborate in the hotel condominium sector. In 2023, the two companies opened BLISSTIA Hakone Sengokuhara, the first property in the "BLISSTIA" series, in Hakone, and in August 2025 opened Grandy Style Hotel & Resort Kyu-Karuizawa, the first newly built for-sale hotel condominium in Karuizawa Town. Through this project, the companies aim to expand their collaboration to Okinawa, one of Japan's leading resort destinations, and capture demand for resort real estate ownership and management.
