Tokyo Asset Solution Acquires Office Building in Osaka’s Chuo Ward
Tokyo Asset Solution acquired AU Honmachi Building, an office building in Kitakyuhojimachi, Chuo Ward, Osaka, from Eiyu Chemical Co., Ltd. in February 2026.
The property is a 10-story office building completed in 1990, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 440 tsubo (approx. 15,700 sq. ft.). It is located a two-minute walk from Honmachi Station on multiple Osaka Metro lines, near Midosuji Avenue and Chuo Odori Avenue, in an area with a concentration of small and midsize offices, retail properties and hotels.
The buyer, Tokyo Asset Solution, is engaged in real estate development, renovation and property management, primarily in Tokyo and the surrounding three prefectures.
