Kajima, Dai-ichi Life Insurance and Noritake completed Sakae Trid Square, an office building they had been jointly developing in Shinsakaemachi 2-chome, Naka Ward, Nagoya, on March 31, 2026. The project integrated land owned by the three companies, including the site of Kajima’s former Chubu branch office.

The property is located along Nishiki-dori Avenue, a two-minute walk from Sakae Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Higashiyama and Meijo lines. It has 19 above-ground floors and one basement level, with a typical floor plate of approximately 446 tsubo (approx. 15,900 sq. ft.), and also includes retail space on the first floor.

Kajima has continued office development in Nagoya’s Naka Ward. Nagoya Fushimi K Square was completed in 2019, followed by Nagoya Fushimi K Frontier in 2025.
