Tsukuru Jisho Opens Boutique Hotel in Chuo Ward's Shintomi Area

Tsukuru Jisho Co., Ltd., a company under Toggle Holdings, opened HOTEL ON\OFF, a boutique hotel in Shintomi 2-chome, Chuo Ward, Tokyo, on August 17, 2026. The hotel was developed as a joint project with Toray Construction Co., Ltd., with Tsukuru Jisho handling everything from concept planning to construction management. Operations are handled by 7garden Inc.

The hotel is located approximately a three-minute walk from "Shintomicho" Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and approximately a 20-minute walk from "Tokyo" Station. Completed in July 2026, it is a 10-story building above ground with 17 guest rooms in total, all 34-square-meter twin-type rooms. The current owners are Tsukuru Jisho and Toray Construction, with ownership scheduled to be transferred to Fusion Asset Management Co., Ltd. going forward.

Tsukuru Jisho promotes what it calls "co-creation development," handling everything from land sourcing and planning to construction management and exit. In this project as well, the company shared roles with external partners to structure the development.

Toray Construction operates a real estate business centered on condominiums for sale, and in August 2025 it acquired hotel development sites in Asakusa Kaminarimon and in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, from Kasumigaseki Capital. The company plans a 32-room hotel in Asakusa and a 96-room hotel in Izumo, both scheduled to open in 2028, expanding its participation in hotel development in recent years (see related article: Kasumigaseki Capital Sells Two Hotel Development Sites to Toray Construction).
