Hyatt to Open Andaz Hiroshima in 2027, Marking Its First Property in the Chugoku Region

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans to open Andaz Hiroshima, a lifestyle luxury hotel, at the top floors of KAMIHACHI X, the high-rise tower within the Motomachi Aioidori District Type-1 Urban Redevelopment Project in Hiroshima’s Naka Ward. Scheduled to open in 2027, it will be the second Andaz property in Japan and Hyatt’s first in the Chugoku region.

The hotel will occupy floors 21 through 31 of the tower, located just a one-minute walk from the Hiroshima Electric Railway’s “Tatemachi” stop. It will feature 235 guest rooms and a range of amenities, including restaurants, a rooftop bar and restaurant, banquet facilities, a fitness center, and an indoor pool.
