CenterPoint Development Completes Two Logistics Facilities in Aichi Prefecture

CenterPoint Development (CPD) completed “CPD Tokai Chita” in Chita, Aichi Prefecture, in January 2026, and “CPD Ichinomiya” in Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture, in February 2026. Both are multi-tenant logistics facilities developed through special purpose companies, with combined Gross Floor Area totaling approximately 44,100 tsubo (approx. 1,565,520 sq. ft.).

“CPD Tokai Chita” is a four-story steel-frame facility with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 15,600 tsubo (approx. 553,800 sq. ft.), located about 0.7 kilometers from the Nagaura interchange on the Nishi-Chita Sangyo Road. It also offers strong accessibility, including a nine-minute walk from Nagaura Station on the Meitetsu Tokoname Line. “CPD Ichinomiya” is a five-story reinforced concrete facility with partial steel-frame construction and a Gross Floor Area of approximately 28,500 tsubo (approx. 1,011,750 sq. ft.), located about 0.5 kilometers from the Ichinomiya-Inazawa-Kita interchange on the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway.
