Time Creators Relocates Headquarters to Marunouchi’s Marunouchi Building to Support Organizational Growth

Time Creators, a software development firm, relocated its headquarters office to Tokyo’s Marunouchi district in September 2025. The company moved into the 12th floor of the Marunouchi Building, departing from its previous base at the Nihon Seimei Kasuga Ekimae Building in Bunkyo Ward. The relocation aims to create an environment where employees can perform at their highest potential.

Founded in April 2008, Time Creators provides contract software development and IT services, specializing in ERP implementation and maintenance for manufacturing companies. The firm now employs 101 people as of June 2025 and has maintained 15 consecutive years of profitability. The move to Marunouchi reflects the company’s initiative to upgrade its office environment in line with organizational growth.

The new office offers open views of Tokyo Station and the Nippon Budokan, and features counter seating, free-address space, focus booths, conference rooms, and meeting rooms. Tenants also have access to dedicated lounges on the 8th and 27th floors. The layout supports a wide range of workstyles, from focused individual tasks to collaborative sessions.

In recent years, Marunouchi and Otemachi have seen increased activity from tech firms, driven by rising corporate demand for digital transformation. The district has attracted startups clustering around “FINOLAB” in the Otemachi Building, as well as innovation hubs established by large enterprises.
