Dear Life acquired Nihonbashi Hamacho 2-chome Building, now DEAR LIFE Nihonbashi Hamacho Building, in Nihonbashi-Hamacho, Chuo Ward, Tokyo, in March 2026. The seller was Japan Airport Terminal Facilities Co., which develops and leases airport-related facilities. The property was developed by Daiwa House Industry and had been acquired by Japan Airport Terminal Facilities in October 2023.
The property is a nine-story office building completed in March 2022, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 346 tsubo (approx. 12,300 sq. ft.). Clinics occupy the first and second floors. It is located on a corner site fronting Meijiza-dori Avenue, a one-minute walk from Hamacho Station.
