Daiichi Realtor Acquires Office Building in Okachimachi

Daiichi Realtor acquired Taito 3-chome Okachimachi Building, an office property in Taito 3-chome, Taito-ku, Tokyo, in February 2026. The seller was Metros Kaihatsu, which had itself acquired the property in February 2025 from Mika Prepress, a prepress services company, making this a sale roughly one year later.

Completed in 1960, the building rises five floors above ground with two basement levels and has a typical floor plate of approximately 64 tsubo (approx. 2,300 sq. ft.). It is a five-minute walk from Naka-okachimachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and a seven-minute walk from Okachimachi Station on the JR Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines.
