Seibu Construction Acquires Rental Apartment Building in Tanashicho, Nishi-Tokyo

Seibu Construction, a company of the MIRAIT One Group, acquired Castle Miyazaki, a rental apartment building in Tanashicho 3-chome, Nishi-Tokyo City, Tokyo, on September 1, 2026. The seller was FRAT, a Gotanda-based company engaged in the sale and purchase of investment real estate and related businesses.
The property is located an eight-minute walk from "Tanashi" Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. Completed in 1995, it is a seven-story building above ground with 30 units in total. The company says it will carry out value-add work drawing on the group's expertise to enhance the property's asset value.
The building was newly constructed by Miyazaki Zaimokuten and, after being sold to a real estate company in December 2004, has changed ownership eight times, passing through real estate companies, individuals and godo kaisha before FRAT acquired it in March 2023. FRAT's holding period up to this sale was approximately three years and five months.
In July 2026, Seibu Construction announced its entry into the real estate development business and, as the first project in its buy-and-resell business, acquired two rental residential buildings in bulk on July 3, located a five-minute walk from "Higashi-Nagasaki" Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line (see related article: Seibu Construction Enters Real Estate Development, Acquires Two Adjacent Properties in Toshima Ward).
