CREAL To Open Second VAYS Apartment Hotel in Ginza

CREAL announced on September 16, 2026, that it will open VAYS GINZA TSUKIJI TOKYO, an apartment hotel in Ginza 8-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, on January 25, 2027. It will be the second property under VAYS, the high-end apartment hotel brand operated by CREAL HOTELS.

The property is a five-minute walk from Tsukijishijo Station on the Toei Oedo Line and a five-minute walk from Shiodome Station on the Toei Oedo Line and the Yurikamome Line. The hotel will offer 18 guest rooms in two types: Executive Bunk, at approximately 50 sq. m (approx. 500 sq. ft.) with capacity for six guests, and Deluxe Bunk, at approximately 43 sq. m (approx. 500 sq. ft.) with capacity for four.

CREAL's core business is CREAL, a real estate crowdfunding platform through which investors can participate from JPY 10,000, but the company has also been expanding its hotel operations in recent years. At the end of July 2026, it was awarded operating contracts for three hotels in Osaka, lifting CREAL HOTELS' operating portfolio from 273 rooms across four properties to 791 rooms across seven. In December 2026, the company plans to open VAYS TOKYO STATION EAST, the brand's first property, in Irifune 1-chome, Chuo-ku.
