Cosmos Initia To Open Share Residence in Tokyo’s Kita
Cosmos Initia, a Daiwa House Group company, will open nears Akabane, a share residence in Akabane, Kita Ward, Tokyo, in July 2026. The property will be the fourth in the company’s nears series and the largest by unit count.
The property is located a two-minute walk from JR Akabane Station. It is an 11-story reinforced concrete building with 96 units. The property was completed as a hotel in 2007 and later used as a dormitory before being acquired and renovated.
