HAL Relocates Hokkaido Branch to Sapporo Mitsui JP Building
HAL relocated its Hokkaido branch to the eighth floor of Sapporo Mitsui JP Building, which is directly connected to Sapporo Station, and reopened the office on April 20, 2026.
The new office location, Sapporo Mitsui JP Building, is a large-scale mixed-use building completed in 2014. The property has 20 floors above ground and three basement levels, with a typical floor plate of approximately 562 tsubo (approx. 20,000 sq. ft.). In addition to office floors, the building includes the Akarenga Terrace retail facility and a hotel, and is located in an area overlooking the streetscape around the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building. The property is directly connected underground to JR Sapporo Station, providing strong access from both within and outside Hokkaido.
HAL operates an SES business centered on system development support and had 1,350 employees as of the end of March 2025.
