Daiwa Lifenext to Open Corporate Rental Dormitory in Sakaisuji-Honmachi, Osaka

Daiwa Lifenext will open L Place Sakaisuji-Honmachi, a corporate rental dormitory, in Kitakyuhojimachi 2-chome, Chuo Ward, Osaka, in November 2026. It is a new property in the company's "L Place" series, which it operates primarily in Tokyo and Osaka, and marks the 77th building in the series.

The property is a four-minute walk from Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station and an eight-minute walk from Honmachi Station, with convenience facilities such as supermarkets concentrated nearby. The building is 15 stories high with a total of 112 units, each with a room size of 26.14 sq. m (approx. 300 sq. ft.). Units come standard with furniture and appliances, and the building also includes a dining hall.
