Hulic announced on September 11, 2026, the completion of Hulic Nishi-Ginza Building, an office and retail property in Ginza 2-chome, Chuo Ward. The building was completed on August 21. Advanced under the working name Nishi-Ginza Development Project, it replaces three properties the company owned, the former Hulic Nishi-Ginza Building, Hulic Nishi-Ginza Dai-2 Building and Mitoyo Building, which were redeveloped as a single project.
The property is a one-minute walk from Ginza-itchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and occupies a corner site facing three streets including Sotobori-dori and Ginza Yanagi-dori. The building has 12 floors above ground and one basement level, with a typical floor plate of approximately 128 tsubo (approx. 4,600 sq. ft.). Merchandise retailers will occupy the first and second floors. Lease-up is complete, and tenants will open in sequence as their fit-out work finishes.
