Techno Bridge NKE Relocates Headquarters to TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower in Otemachi
Techno Bridge NKE relocated its headquarters on Feb. 24, 2026, from NCO Kanda Awajicho to the 27th floor of TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower. Established in 1980, the company is an engineering firm focused primarily on bridge design and, in recent years, has also been expanding its construction DX business using BIM/CIM.
The relocation was driven by a growing headcount accompanying business expansion. Previously based in the Kanda area, the company decided to move in order to improve productivity across the organization and secure a safer, more convenient working environment.
TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower, the company’s new headquarters location, is directly connected to Tokyo Station and offers one of the highest levels of seismic performance in Japan. The building was completed in June 2021 and has 38 above-ground floors and five basement levels, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 44,000 tsubo (approx. 1,455,000 sq. ft.). In addition to housing headquarters functions for major companies including Furukawa Electric, the tower is also occupied by Tokio Marine Holdings during the reconstruction of its own headquarters building.
