Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Completes “BIZCORE Nihonbashi,” the 10th Building in Its High-Grade Mid-Size Office Series

Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate has completed BIZCORE Nihonbashi, the 10th project in its high-grade, mid-size office building “BIZCORE” series. The building was delivered on December 26, 2025. Located a four-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station, the property has a gross floor area of approximately 894 tsubo (approx. 31,800 sq. ft.).
The building is a 10-story structure of steel construction with partial reinforced concrete, offering column-free, efficient floor plates with a standard ceiling height of 2,800 mm. Floors 9 and 10 are delivered as fully built-out, move-in-ready set-up offices.
In terms of business continuity planning (BCP), the structure secures seismic performance exceeding 1.25 times the requirements of Japan’s Building Standards Act. The building is equipped with emergency power generation capable of supplying electricity for up to 24 hours, as well as dedicated emergency supply storage areas for tenants.
From an environmental perspective, the property has obtained ZEB Ready certification and achieves CASBEE Building A-rank–equivalent performance (self-assessed). Solar panels have been installed on the rooftop, which also features a landscaped rooftop garden with Wi-Fi and power outlets, balancing sustainability with tenant comfort.
Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate has been rolling out the BIZCORE series since BIZCORE Jimbocho in 2017, with BIZCORE Nihonbashi marking the 10th completed building. In 2025, the company also completed BIZCORE Nishi-Shimbashi (February) and BIZCORE Iidabashi (July). Looking ahead, the completion of (tentative name) BIZCORE Jimbocho II Project is scheduled for May 2026, as the company continues to expand its mid-size office development footprint across central Tokyo.
