Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Completes “BIZCORE Nihonbashi,” the 10th Building in Its High-Grade Mid-Size Office Series

Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate has completed BIZCORE Nihonbashi, the 10th project in its high-grade, mid-size office building “BIZCORE” series. The building was delivered on December 26, 2025. Located a four-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station, the property has a gross floor area of approximately 894 tsubo (approx. 31,800 sq. ft.).

The building is a 10-story structure of steel construction with partial reinforced concrete, offering column-free, efficient floor plates with a standard ceiling height of 2,800 mm. Floors 9 and 10 are delivered as fully built-out, move-in-ready set-up offices.

In terms of business continuity planning (BCP), the structure secures seismic performance exceeding 1.25 times the requirements of Japan’s Building Standards Act. In 2025, the company also completed BIZCORE Nishi-Shimbashi (February) and BIZCORE Iidabashi (July). Looking ahead, the completion of (tentative name) BIZCORE Jimbocho II Project is scheduled for May 2026, as the company continues to expand its mid-size office development footprint across central Tokyo.
