B-Lot announced on July 31 that it has acquired a 74.94% ownership stake in the rental apartment building Heroes, located in Shinjuku 1-chome, from Haseko Livenet. The transaction price was not disclosed.

The property is situated a 6-minute walk from Shinjuku-gyoemmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and a 9-minute walk from Shinjuku-sanchome Station. Completed in 2002, the 12-story building has a gross floor area of approximately 162 tsubo (approx. 5,360 sq. ft.).
