APA Hotels to Open New Property in Ota, Gunma in December 2025

APA Hotel Inc. announced on August 25, 2025, that it has signed a franchise agreement with Hito Communications Co., Ltd to open the APA Hotel〈Gunma Ota Station North〉 (tentative name) in December 2025. This will be the sixth property operated by Hito Communications under contract with APA.

The hotel will be located a nine-minute walk from the north exit of Tobu Isesaki Line’s Ota Station and a 15-minute drive from the Ota-Kiryu Interchange on the Kita-Kanto Expressway. The 10-story property will feature 127 guestrooms and APA’s standard “New Urban Style Hotel” specifications, including the company’s app-enabled “One Second Check-In” kiosk system.
