Docusign Japan To Relocate Tokyo Headquarters to Toranomon Hills Mori Tower

Docusign Japan will relocate its Tokyo headquarters in August 2026 to the 11th floor of Toranomon Hills Mori Tower in Toranomon 1-chome, Minato Ward, Tokyo. Its current headquarters is on the 35th floor of Shiroyama Trust Tower in Toranomon 4-chome, and the new office will have about 2.5 times the floor area of the current location.

Toranomon Hills Mori Tower, the relocation destination, is a high-rise mixed-use building directly connected to Toranomon Hills Station that was completed in May 2014. The building has 52 floors above ground, with a typical floor plate of approximately 998 tsubo (approx. 35,500 sq. ft.).

Docusign Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of U.S.-based Docusign, which provides electronic signature services and contract management systems. On June 1 of the same year, Yoshida, who has led major companies in Japan’s IT industry, was appointed country manager for Japan. Together with the relocation, the company plans to expand local hiring and strengthen customer support operations.

Beyond this relocation, headquarters functions are increasingly concentrating in Toranomon Hills. In May 2026, IGPI Group and Industrial Growth Platform moved their headquarters to the 11th floor of Mori Tower, while PR TIMES is scheduled to relocate its headquarters to the 28th floor of Toranomon Hills Business Tower in the summer of the same year.
