Hubble Relocates Headquarters to Shibuya Property Tower to Support Growth and AI-Driven Product Development
Hubble Inc. has relocated its headquarters to Shibuya Property Tower in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, on August 18, to support the expansion of its contract management cloud service “Hubble” and to accommodate organizational growth.
The new office is about a seven-minute walk from JR Shibuya Station’s New South Exit, enhancing both accessibility and operational functionality. The move is positioned as a strategic decision to strengthen the company’s foundation for future business expansion, organizational development, and next-generation product initiatives, including applications of generative AI.
To date, Hubble has raised a cumulative JPY 1.5 billion in its Series B funding rounds, securing JPY 700 million in December 2024 and JPY 800 million in July 2025. The funds are being allocated to the application of generative AI technology, UX improvements, and the expansion of customer success and onboarding support. As of August 2025, the service is used by more than 600 companies, ranging from major corporations to startups.
In July 2025, the company also unveiled its concept for the “Contract Flow Agent (CFA),” an AI contract agent designed to suggest next actions in contract review and negotiation processes, clarifying its product vision from the conceptual stage.
