Mitsui Fudosan Residential acquired the Kaname Building in Nihonbashi Kakigaracho, Chuo Ward, in May 2025. The sellers were Kaname Real Estate Co., Ltd. (holding a 75.17% stake) and one individual (24.83% stake). The purchase price was not disclosed.

The property is a reinforced concrete, seven-story structure consisting of the main building (completed in 1973) and an annex (completed in 1978), integrated into a single complex.
