Workport Expands and Relocates Sapporo Branch to Nomura Real Estate Sapporo Building

In August 2025, recruitment agency Workport, headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, expanded and relocated its Sapporo branch to the 3rd floor of the Nomura Real Estate Sapporo Building. Located a two-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station with direct underground access, the new office provides 106 workstations and nine meeting rooms, aimed at improving accessibility for visiting clients.

The new premises, completed in 2008, feature 10 floors above ground and one basement level, with a standard floor plate of approximately 210 tsubo (approx. 6,942 sq. ft.), a ceiling height of 2,800 mm, an OA floor, and individual air-conditioning systems. The building incorporates a base-isolation structure—a rare feature in Hokkaido—and benefits from proximity to both JR Sapporo Station and Sapporo Subway Station.
