In May 2025, Takara Leben Co., Ltd. acquired the rental apartment “Comfort Asakusabashi,” located in Yanagibashi 1-chome, Taito-ku, Tokyo, from Tohan Corporation. The property is a 4-minute walk from JR Sobu Line’s Asakusabashi Station and within a 7-minute walk of both Higashi-Nihonbashi Station on the Toei Asakusa Line and Ryogoku Station on the JR Sobu Line.
