Nishi-Nippon Railroad Launches ‘MID LOGI’ Brand With First Logistics Development in Tosu
Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. will develop a logistics facility, “MID LOGI Tosu,” in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2025, with completion targeted for October 2026.
This project marks the launch of the company’s new logistics leasing brand, “MID LOGI,” which aims to meet diverse tenant needs and contribute to revitalizing the regional economy through a series of developments.
The facility will face National Route 3 and is located about 1 kilometer from the Tosu Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway. The three-story building is planned to obtain ZEB Ready certification.
