Takara Leben Launches New Logistics Brand “L.PORT,” Completes First Project in Aichi

Takara Leben Co., Ltd. has established a new logistics facility brand, “L.PORT,” and completed its first project, “L.PORT Miyoshi,” in Miyoshi City, Aichi Prefecture, on December 26, 2025.

L.PORT Miyoshi is located approximately 4.8 kilometers from the Tomei Expressway’s Tomei-Miyoshi Interchange and about 7.4 kilometers from Toyota Interchange, offering convenient access to both the manufacturing-heavy Mikawa area and central Nagoya. The property has a gross floor area of approximately 2,911 tsubo (approx. 313,300 sq. ft.) and is a four-story, steel-framed building. It features a low-clearance platform tailored to the logistics needs of the Mikawa region, with 12 loading berths. Solar panels have been installed on the rooftop, with generated power consumed on-site to help reduce environmental impact.

With this project, Takara Leben has made a full-scale entry into logistics facility development. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its logistics platform business, with the potential inclusion of assets into vehicles advised by MIRARTH Real Estate Investment Advisors, Inc.

The Mikawa area, anchored by production bases of Toyota Motor Corporation and its automotive suppliers, has seen increasing logistics development activity. Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd. is also developing “LOGIBASE Toyota,” a logistics facility with a gross floor area of approximately 5,570 tsubo (approx. 599,700 sq. ft.), scheduled for completion in June 2026.
