Mitsubishi Estate, Hilton Open Conrad Nagoya in Nagoya's Sakae District

Mitsubishi Estate and Hilton opened Conrad Nagoya, a luxury hotel, inside The Landmark Nagoya Sakae on July 31, 2026. It is the third Conrad-branded hotel in Japan and the brand's first entry into Nagoya, and it is Hilton's second hotel in the city, following Hilton Nagoya.

The hotel occupies the 10th and 11th floors and floors 31 through 40 of the building. It has a total of 170 guest rooms, including 29 suites, with every room at least 50 sq. m (approx. 500 sq. ft.). Floors 10 and 11 house banquet and conference facilities that meet international MICE standards, and the Grand Ballroom on the 10th floor can accommodate up to approximately 180 people.

The Landmark Nagoya Sakae has 41 above-ground floors and four basement levels, comprising office, hotel, retail, and cinema complex components. The retail and cinema complex components opened in June 2026, and with the opening of the hotel, all of the mixed-use development's major uses are now in operation (see related article: MITSUBISHI ESTATE CO., LTD. In the Sakae area, Chunichi Building fully opened in April 2024, and Sakae Trid Square was completed in March 2026, among other large-scale mixed-use and office developments (see related article: Kajima, Partners Complete Office Building in Nagoya's Sakae). This opening further strengthens the area's presence as a business and hospitality hub.
