TKP to Launch Largest-Ever Flexible Space Facility in Toranomon

TKP to Launch Largest-Ever Flexible Space Facility in Toranomon

On August 4, 2025, TKP Corporation, a major provider of rental conference rooms, announced the upcoming opening of “TKP fabbit Toranomon,” a hybrid facility combining conference rooms and shared office space. The facility will occupy floors 1 through 12 of the Nishishimbashi 1-Chome Building in Minato Ward’s Nishishimbashi district. The official opening is scheduled for fall 2025.

With a total leased area of approximately 4,766 tsubo (approx. 157,500 sq. ft.) and 66 rooms including conference rooms, halls, and serviced offices, this will be TKP’s largest standalone project to date. The property is located in the Toranomon and Toranomon Hills area, where large-scale redevelopment continues to advance the district’s role as an international business hub, fueling increasing demand for events and corporate training facilities.

TKP has developed a broad range of services centered on its flexible space business, including hotels and BPO offerings. For the fiscal year ending February 2025, the company reported consolidated revenue of JPY 59.2 billion. Looking ahead, TKP plans to enhance its presence in central Tokyo with large-scale facilities, aiming to capture growing MICE demand and expand its shared office operations.
