DHC to Consolidate Three Tokyo Offices into MITA MACHI TERRACE Headquarters
DHC Corporation will consolidate three existing locations—including its current headquarters in Minami-Azabu and two offices in Shibaura—into MITA MACHI TERRACE, a station-front office building directly connected to Mita Station, effective February 17, 2026. DHC’s core businesses are cosmetics and health food manufacturing and sales. The company reported consolidated revenue of JPY 98.7 billion for the fiscal year ended December 2024 and employs approximately 2,000 people on a consolidated basis. Through this relocation, DHC aims to centralize previously dispersed operations and strengthen interdepartmental collaboration.
MITA MACHI TERRACE is an environmentally conscious office building jointly developed by Chuo-Nittochi Co., Ltd. and the Urban Renaissance Agency (UR), and was completed in August 2025. The property is directly connected to the Toei Mita Line’s Mita Station and is a two-minute walk from JR Tamachi Station. The building comprises 20 floors above ground and three basement levels, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 16,790 tsubo (approx. 597,000 sq. ft.). DHC will occupy floors 17 through 19, leasing a total office area of approximately 1,754 tsubo (approx. 62,400 sq. ft.).
The Tamachi–Mita area has seen a wave of large-scale office completions in recent years, driving increased headquarters relocations. In 2024, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. relocated its headquarters to Tamachi Tower, followed in 2025 by Mitsubishi Research Institute DCS and ANDPAD moving into Sumitomo Realty & Development Tokyo Mita Garden Tower. In addition, the Tamachi Station West Exit District Redevelopment Project, led by Mitsui Fudosan, Morinaga Milk Industry, and East Japan Railway Company, broke ground in October 2025—further underscoring the area’s ongoing redevelopment momentum.
