Tokyu Land Corporation has announced the completion of Comforia Liv Yasaka Fujimi, a service-equipped rental residence designed for pet cohabitation. The property is an eight-minute walk from Seibu Tamako Line’s Yasaka Station and a nine-minute walk from Seibu Haijima and Kokubunji lines’ Ogawa Station.

The project responds to heightened demand for housing that accommodates large dogs and multiple pets since the pandemic, and represents an enhancement of the company’s COMFORIA rental brand.
