Mitsui & Co. Urban Development has started construction on a new rental apartment property, tentatively named Suginami-ku Koenji-minami 3-chome Rental Residence Plan, in Koenji-minami 3-chome, Suginami Ward, Tokyo. Completion is scheduled for February 2027.

The property is located a four-minute walk from Koenji Station on the JR Chuo Line.
