Nisshoho to Relocate and Expand Fukuoka Branch to Newly Built Building in Tenjin
Nisshoho will relocate its Fukuoka branch from Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City to Tenjin Brick Cross, a newly completed office building delivered in April 2025. The move is scheduled for early May 2026 and will serve as an expansion tied to the company’s business growth in the Kyushu and Fukuoka area.
Nisshoho provides security deposit reduction guarantee services. The company offers end-to-end support spanning property search, lease execution and security deposit optimization. The number of companies adopting its guarantee services has been increasing in the Kyushu area, leading to this expansion relocation.
Tenjin Brick Cross, the relocation destination, was completed in April 2025 as a joint project by Nippon Life Insurance and Sekisui House. The project consists of a North Tower with 18 above-ground floors and a South Tower with 13 above-ground floors, with a total gross floor area of approximately 11,200 tsubo (approx. 369,917 sq. ft.). Typical floor plates measure approximately 332 tsubo (approx. 10,975 sq. ft.) in the North Tower, and the building features high-specifications including a 2,800 mm ceiling height. It is directly connected underground to Tenjin Station on the Subway Airport Line. WeWork operates flexible office space in the building, and Nisshoho will occupy the 13th floor.
