APA Group Acquires Sites for Two New Tokyo Hotels

On September 9, 2025, APA Group acquired development sites in Chiyoda Ward’s Uchi-Kanda district and Minato Ward’s Nishi-Shimbashi district for new hotel projects. The properties will be developed as APA Hotel〈Otemachi Eki Kita〉 and APA Hotel〈Shimbashi Toranomon〉, respectively.

APA Hotel〈Otemachi Eki Kita〉 will be an approximately 3,991㎡ (approx. 42,950 sq. ft.) building with 261 guestrooms across 12 stories, located an eight-minute walk from Tokyo Metro’s Otemachi Station and four minutes from Shin-Ochanomizu Station. Opening is slated for summer 2027.

APA Hotel〈Shimbashi Toranomon〉 will rise 15 stories with 207 guestrooms and a gross floor area of about 2,960㎡ (approx. 31,860 sq. ft.). The site is two minutes on foot from Toei Mita Line’s Uchisaiwaicho Station and four minutes from both Tokyo Metro’s Toranomon Station and JR Shimbashi Station. The hotel is expected to open in winter 2028.
