Tokyu Land Completes Condo Property in Tokyo’s Shibaura

Tokyu Land has begun handovers at BRANZ Shibaura, a for-sale condominium property it had been developing in Shibaura 4-chome, Minato Ward, Tokyo. Handovers started May 29.
The midsize property has 62 units and is characterized by canal views from all residences. The unit mix, with 60 of the 62 units consisting of one- and two-bedroom layouts, appears designed to capture demand from singles and dual-income couples without children seeking access to central Tokyo, as well as demand for second homes.
The nearest station is JR Tamachi Station, a 14-minute walk away. Four stations on five rail lines are available, including Sengakuji Station, a 13-minute walk away; Mita Station, a 16-minute walk away; and Takanawa Gateway Station, a 19-minute walk away. The area has been designated as the Shinagawa Station and Tamachi Station area of the Asian Head Office Special Zone, and redevelopment is continuing, particularly around Takanawa Gateway Station.
