Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Completes BIZCORE Iidabashi Office Project

Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate announced the completion of its mid-sized, high-grade office project BIZCORE Iidabashi in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, on July 31.

The property offers excellent connectivity, with access to four stations and eight rail lines, including Iidabashi, Kudanshita, Suidobashi, and Jimbocho. The nine-story building has a gross floor area of approx. 1,586 tsubo (approx. 52,400 sq. ft.).
