Ichigo Office REIT Acquires Office Building in Tachikawa for JPY 1.95 Billion

Ichigo Office REIT Investment Corporation announced on October 23 that it has acquired the trust beneficiary interest of the office building “Ichigo Tachikawa Koen Dori Building” (formerly “Crobis Tachikawa”) in Tachikawa City for JPY 1.95 billion. The handover is scheduled for December 12.

The property is located approximately a nine-minute walk from JR Tachikawa Station and an eight-minute walk from Tama Monorail Tachikawa-Kita Station. Completed in 1991, the building has six floors above ground and two below, with a gross floor area of approximately 1,121 tsubo (approx. 37,050 sq. ft.). The current occupancy rate is 93.2%.

With this acquisition, the REIT’s office portfolio will expand to 86 properties, bringing the office asset ratio to 98.3% based on acquisition price.
