Prologis Announces Multi-Building Development in Okazaki, Aichi
Prologis has announced plans for a multi-building logistics development project, the Prologis Okazaki Project, located within the Achiwa Industrial Park in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. The first phase of construction is scheduled to begin in 2028.
The site will be directly connected to the planned Tomei Expressway Okazaki Achiwa Smart Interchange and is approximately 6 kilometers from both the Isewangan Expressway Toyota-Higashi Interchange and the Tomei Expressway Okazaki Interchange. The project covers a land area of approximately 54,450 tsubo (approx. 180,000 sq. m.) and is envisioned to accommodate multi-tenant, build-to-suit (BTS), and light manufacturing facilities.
