NJS to Relocate Headquarters to Newly Completed “Mitamachi Terrace” Near Tamachi Station

NJS Co., Ltd. (TSE Prime: 2325), a consulting firm specializing in water and environmental infrastructure as well as DX solutions, will relocate its headquarters and Tokyo General Office to the newly built mixed-use complex “Mitamachi Terrace” in the Shiba district of Minato-ku, Tokyo. Operations at the new location will commence on September 16, 2025.
As part of the relocation, NJS will consolidate three of its subsidiaries—Suidou Asset Service Co., Ltd., FINDi Co., Ltd., and Fuyo Consultant Co., Ltd.—within the same building to enhance group-wide synergies.
The company’s current headquarters, located in the Hamamatsucho Building, has been included in the large-scale redevelopment project “BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA,” led by Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and East Japan Railway Company. With the building slated for demolition and reconstruction, NJS opted to move to “Mitamachi Terrace,” a newly constructed property located within close proximity to Tamachi and Mita Stations to meet local relocation demand stemming from the redevelopment.
“Mitamachi Terrace” serves as the central tower in the Tamachi Station-front redevelopment project, jointly led by Chuo-Nittochi Group Co., Ltd. and the Urban Renaissance Agency (UR). The building is scheduled for completion at the end of August 2025 and features direct underground access to Mita Station (Toei Asakusa Line and Mita Line) and is just a 2-minute walk from JR Tamachi Station. Office floors are equipped with state-of-the-art environmental and business continuity planning (BCP) features.
NJS is pursuing a growth strategy centered on transforming into an "operation company," with a focus on workstyle reform and employee well-being. The new office will introduce a free-address system and expanded multipurpose communication areas, designed to balance psychological safety and productivity. In addition, environmentally conscious measures such as office greening and energy-saving installations will be incorporated to enhance employee engagement and recruitment competitiveness.
