"REVZO Kojimachi" Completed by Chuo-Nittochi Group
In May 2025, Chuo-Nittochi Group and the Doboku-Kenchiku-Koseikai Foundation completed construction of a new office building, REVZO Kojimachi, in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The project replaces the aging Kojimachi Joint Building, which the two entities had originally co-developed in 1971. The redevelopment was carried out as the fourth installment of Chuo-Nittochi Group’s “REVZO” series, a mid-sized office brand targeting urban users. Following completion, Chuo-Nittochi Group has assumed full responsibility for leasing, property management, and operations.
Located just a one-minute walk from Tokyo Metro’s Kojimachi Station on the Yurakucho Line, the 13-story building offers floor plates ranging from approximately 105 to 138 tsubo (approx. 3,745–4,875 sq. ft.). Positioned as a flexible, high-spec mid-sized office, the property is expected to appeal strongly to foreign-affiliated firms, high-growth companies, and professional service firms that prioritize location and environmental quality.
The REVZO Kojimachi project features a shell-and-core design with enhancements focused on tenant comfort, including private balconies and a dedicated terrace area on the eighth floor. The top floor is outfitted with a shared lounge, offering meeting rooms, private booths, and open workspace areas to accommodate a variety of workstyles. Additionally, the first floor includes a retail space—marking a first for the series—which enhances tenant convenience and visitor engagement.
Chuo-Nittochi Group plans to expand the REVZO series going forward, leveraging development, design, and leasing expertise gained through this project to drive further redevelopment of aging small- to mid-sized buildings in central Tokyo. A fifth project is already underway in Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato Ward, featuring a timber-structured office building constructed with domestically sourced wood from the group’s own forest holdings—aiming to balance material quality with sustainability.
