In July 2025, Hulic completed the development of "Hulic Logistics Misato," a multi-tenant logistics facility located in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture. The four-story steel-frame building has a gross floor area of 17,207 tsubo (approx. 56,900 sq. ft.) and features a ramp-access design that allows trucks to directly access both the first and second floors.
