Haseko Sogo Development, Haseko Corporation and Keihan Dentetsu Real Estate Complete “ReneLogi Kobe Port Island” Logistics Facility

A logistics facility jointly developed by Haseko Sogo Development Co., Ltd., Haseko Corporation, and Keihan Real Estate Co., Ltd., branded as “ReneLogi Kobe Port Island,” was completed on January 15, 2026. This marks the sixth logistics facility developed by Haseko Sogo Development and the first project under its new logistics brand, “ReneLogi.
”The property is a four-story, box-type facility with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 4,455 tsubo (approx. 159,000 sq. ft.) and was developed to accommodate both conventional leased warehouse use and refrigerated/freezer storage. In terms of specifications, the facility is equipped with a total of 11 standby power outlets (200V and 400V) for refrigerated trucks, enabling stable power supply while vehicles are parked. Natural refrigerants are used for the cold storage systems.From an environmental perspective, the building has achieved a CASBEE Kobe A Rank, incorporates LED lighting throughout, and is equipped with emergency power generation facilities capable of supplying electricity for up to 72 hours in the event of a disaster.
The site is located approximately 4.3 km from the Hanshin Expressway Kobe Line “Kyobashi” Interchange and a 10-minute walk from Port Liner’s “Iryo Center” Station. Its proximity to Kobe Port and Kobe Airport provides strong access to sea, air, and land transportation networks, making it a highly competitive logistics hub.
Haseko Sogo Development is a newly established company that commenced operations in July 2025, formed through a corporate spin-off integrating the income-producing real estate development businesses of Haseko Real Estate and Sohgoh Real Estate. The logistics facility business previously operated by Sogo Jisho has been succeeded by Haseko Sogo Development, with “ReneLogi” positioned as the company’s proprietary logistics facility brand, launched for the first time with this project.
