Keikyu Development Acquires Rental Apartment Building in Nishi-Kamata, Ota Ward

Keikyu Development has acquired Coco Cube Nishi-Kamata, a rental apartment building located in Nishi-Kamata, Ota Ward, Tokyo, from Tokyo Tatemono Real Estate Sales. The acquisition marks the purchase by the Keikyu Group company, which is engaged in real estate leasing operations, of a relatively newly built income-producing property in the Kamata area.
