SENKO Leases Entire Newly Completed “CREDO Atsugi” Logistics Facility in Kanagawa

Credo Asset Management announced the completion of the logistics facility “CREDO Atsugi” in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on August 19, 2025. A lease agreement has already been signed with SENKO Co., Ltd., which will occupy the entire building.
The property is located in the Atsugi area, a strategic logistics hub where the Tomei Expressway, Shin-Tomei Expressway, and Ken-O Expressway intersect. It offers excellent highway access, sitting about 1 kilometer from the Shin-Tomei “Atsugi Minami” interchange and 2.5 kilometers from the Tomei “Atsugi” interchange, and is also close to National Route 129. The location is well-suited not only for deliveries within the Tokyo metropolitan area but also for long-haul transport to Nagoya and Osaka, benefiting from the connectivity between the Ken-O, Tomei, and Shin-Tomei expressways.
The facility is equipped with office areas such as administrative rooms, break rooms, and receiving rooms, and its flexible zoning design allows operators to adapt layouts to their operational needs. In addition, sustainability features include on-site solar power generation for self-consumption and energy-efficient systems, enabling the facility to achieve CASBEE A, BELS 5★, and ZEB Ready certifications.
SENKO has been expanding its operations in the Atsugi area, particularly for drugstore products as well as housing and construction materials. This property will serve as an additional logistics hub alongside the company’s existing facilities. The partnership between Credo Asset Management and SENKO follows their previous collaboration at “CREDO Shiga Ryuo,” which was completed in June 2025, marking this as their second project together.
