Cielia Tower Nakanoshima Completed as First Phase of Nakanoshima Area Redevelopment

Cielia Tower Nakanoshima, developed by Kanden Realty & Development Co., Ltd., was completed on February 18, 2026. Located in Fukushima Ward, Osaka, the large-scale condominium tower rises 46 stories above ground, stands 168 meters tall, and comprises 364 residential units. Unit handover is scheduled for March 1, 2026. The project utilizes a fixed-term leasehold (superficies) with an approximately 70-year lease period.
