Tokyo-based coly Inc., known for developing and managing original intellectual properties targeted at women, has relocated its headquarters to the Sumitomo Fudosan Azabujuban Building as of June 2025. The move aims to enhance operational efficiency through improved interdepartmental communication and to accommodate future workforce expansion.
The new headquarters is situated within a six-minute walk from Azabujuban Station (Toei Oedo and Tokyo Metro Namboku lines) and a four-minute walk from Akabanebashi Station (Toei Oedo Line), offering strong accessibility. The building, completed in 2017, is a 10-story, steel-frame, seismic-isolation structure featuring a gross floor area of approximately 13,961 tsubo (approx. 46,143 sq. ft.) and total leasable area of about 10,225 tsubo (approx. 33,792 sq. ft.).
